Credit card processing
To ensure your credit card details are secure and never accessible, we offer Credit Card processing through SecurePay’s, Level 1, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and a business of Australia Post. SecurePay’s encryption levels and PCI Compliance ensures your credit card information is secured to the highest available standards. Training & mediation video assessment booking in Australia
To confirm your booking Resolution Institute requires full payment at least four (4) weeks before the commencement of the program. If a registration has been made and is unpaid, it is deemed only as a tentative registration. The registration will be cancelled by Resolution Institute if it is unpaid four (4) weeks prior to the commencement date or if payment has been received for the maximum number of places available from other registrations.
We understand life can be complex. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Notification of cancellations and requests for substitutions or transfers must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, please note that fees apply as per the table below. Alternatively, call Resolution Institute on (02) 9251 3366 to discuss options and special circumstances.
The information provided by Resolution Institute is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Resolution Institute reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content or facilitators at its discretion. Resolution Institute reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
Where a fee refund is due to a participant, all fees will be refunded into the participants nominated bank account within 30 days of receiving the participant’s bank details. In this event, participants are to provide Resolution Institute details of their nominated bank account in writing.
Resolution Institute reserves the right to record, via video and/or audio, learning sessions for quality assurance purposes and to support students.
Australian substitution, transfer and cancellation fees for training and mediation video assessment bookings.

Participants must contact Resolution Institute within the 3 months after the original course commencement date and request for booking a course they would like to transfer their registration to. If the allocation in the desired course is full Resolution Institute would attempt to secure the next possible slot.
If no request to transfer is made within the 12 months after the original course commencement date and a refund is not requested, credit will expire.
Transfer fees need to be paid within the 1 month of the transfer request date.
Request for substitutions must be made in writing to email@example.com or by calling Resolution Institute on (02) 9251 3366. Resolution Institute will assess the request on a case-by-case basis and make a decision.
Training & event cancellations in New Zealand
To confirm your booking Resolution Institute requires full payment at least two weeks before the commencement of the program.
We understand life can be complex. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 453 237 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to accommodate a substitute attendee in your place, or arrange a credit or refund and we will always consider your case on an individual basis.
Due to our commitments to suppliers, there is an administration fee for booking changes, inclusive of GST.
To be eligible for refund of fees as above cancellations need to be advised no later than 1 working day prior to the course.

Membership is non-refundable except in special circumstances.
Book & DVD refunds & exchange
Resolution Institute endeavours to provide you with the best quality products. If something you purchase from our website does not match our description, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We can either replace the item for you or refund you the full purchase price and postage.
Book & DVD delivery
Resolution Institute ships orders to all mailing addresses in Australia. Orders are dispatched within five (5) working days of receipt via Australia Post. If you have a mailing address outside in New Zealand or other country, please contact the Resolution Institute office to discuss postage costs.
