Using neuroscience techniques in your mediation practice?

Members using neuroscience in their mediation practice are invited to email Bond university Juris Doctor student Jean Marino to arrange a time to discuss how you are integrating findings from neuroscience research into your practice.

Jean would love to hear from mediators about the techniques you’re using, the results you’re noticing and what changes you’ve observed for you and your parties.

The aim of the thesis is to build up a picture of how neuroscience is viewed in the Australian mediation community and to answer the question, “Is neuroscience research seen as providing justification for established techniques or is it making a difference to mediation practice?”
