Experienced commercial mediator, negotiator and trainer

General Manager of Resolution Institute, New Zealand, Trevor is also a highly qualified and experienced commercial mediator, negotiator and experienced trainer. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Conflict Resolution from La Trobe University and a Diploma of Business – Frontline Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Trevor is also a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Prior to taking up the role of General Manager, Trevor was one of the New Zealand representatives on the Resolution Institute Board. He led the way in updating the risk plan for the business and continues to monitor it on an ongoing basis. Trevor has run many training sessions on risk analysis and mitigation.

Wayne has been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking). Wayne’s specialty is in Professional Indemnity Insurance, Directors & Officers Liability, Management Liability Insurance, Environmental Risks, Malpractice Insurance and Association Liability Insurance.

  • How do I access the video of the webinar afterwards?

    You will be sent the video recording of the webinar within approximately 5 working days of the live webinar having run. The link to the recording of this webinar will remain active for at least 3 months from the date the webinar was run.
