Donna Ross, LL.M., PRI, FCIArb, Acc. NMAS is the principal and founder of Donna Ross Dispute Resolution. She is an accredited specialist in Mediation Law (Law Institute of Victoria), accredited in New York (Supreme Court, New York County), an arbitrator (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Graded Arbitrator IAMA/Resolution Institute) and an advocate representing clients in mediations, arbitrations and contract and settlement negotiations.

Donna is admitted in Australia and New York and also holds a French civil law degree. She established Donna Ross Dispute Resolution to focus on ADR and is presently conducting her practice on-line

In addition to acting as a mediator, arbitrator and advocate, Donna Ross is also a seasoned negotiator: , she has negotiated and drafted agreements for business owners and individuals and advises them on preventive dispute resolution – in particular DR clauses, managing business relationships business restructuring and U.S., French and international law. :

An active participant in supporting ADR in Australia, Donna Ross is a frequent speaker and judge at ADR events, chairs Resolution Institute’s Arbitration Committee in Victoria and sits on the RI National Determinative Committee, the Steering Committee for the ICC Australia Asia-Pacific Mediation Competition. Donna is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and sits on a number of national and international panels as well as the lists of the Victorian Small Business Commission and the Magistrate’s Court in Victoria (SLEMM). She teaches arbitration as a faculty member of CIArb, conflict resolution and mediation for the Australian Disputes Centre, and negotiation as a lecturer for LaTrobe Law School and private clients.
