Russell, Arbitrator, Head of Arbitration and Partner at McCullough Robertson, is a highly regarded construction claims lawyer and a practising international and domestic arbitrator.
Russell is recognised for his work in major and complex disputes, having advised some of the world’s largest mining and construction companies, ASX-listed companies and Australian government entities. As Head of the Arbitration Group at McCullough Robertson, he has led teams of over 80 lawyers in some of the largest construction claims in Australia delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in value to his clients.

Erika, Senior Associate at McCullough Robertson, is a leading international commercial arbitration practitioner having acted in some of the largest disputes resolved through arbitration in Australia. She also provides expert dispute resolution advice to parties engaged in business with foreign entities or entering into foreign investment opportunities.
Erika specialises in international commercial arbitration utilising her broad range of general commercial litigation experience. Additionally, she regularly advises in private international law assisting clients with issues in cross-jurisdictional disputes.
Erika’s specialist knowledge of international arbitration allows her to advise clients on arbitration agreements when negotiating contracts, act as counsel in arbitration proceedings and assist in enforcing arbitration agreements and awards in the court system.
