PDG event | Pre-mediation - paving the way for constructive mediation

with Kathy Tetu

Tuesday 21 May 2019 | Newcastle

The need for a post-mediation relationship is a factor in family and workplace disputes. Comprehensive pre-mediation interviews for these contexts are especially relevant. Seminar participants will learn specific approaches to working with individual parties that can help prepare them for more constructive joint sessions and ongoing workable relationships.

Following a presentation, supported by a distributed conference paper, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the techniques in small groups, focusing on case studies featuring either family or workplace conflict.
