Maintaining your wellbeing as a dispute resolver in the face of challenging and stressful times
- What is the context we are facing now that is leaving many of us fatigued, anxious and languishing?
- How does this impact on our wellbeing and on the wellbeing of our clients?
- How can we learn to protect ourselves from burnout, vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue?
- Practically what can we do to build our wellbeing and ensure that we thrive in our work as dispute resolvers and in our lives?
Gerard Hoffman a Clinical Social Worker, Counsellor, Trainer and Restorative Practitioner facilitates this interactive session which he intends to be empowering and practically relevant for all of us.
