Arbitration Masterclass for Grade 1 and 2 Arbitrators
The Masterclass will be conducted as an interactive discussion in workshop format and participants will be expected to contribute to the debate on the issues raised. This Masterclass will be convened by Bill Taylor and moderated by Grade 1 Arbitrators Robert McDougall, Peter Callaghan and Janet Grey. All registrants are required to forward two topics (about 200 words each) for discussion based on issues and challenges they may have faced in their recent practice.
Intending participants are requested to submit their topics to Resolution Institute (email@example.com) no later than Monday 31 January 2022 so that they can be collated and classified into relevant sections of the Act.
An important aspect of the Resolution Institute policy for Registration of Arbitrators >> is the requirement of satisfactory attendance by Grade 1 and Grade 2 Arbitrators at a masterclass as part of the triennial review of their grading.
