The Global Pound Conference registration fee includes:
Conference materials, access to the voting technology, morning and afternoon tea and lunch and a cocktail function from 5.30-6.30.
Terms and conditions
If things change and you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost. Cancellations are to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
A refund less $50 + GST administration fee per person, will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 30 April 2017. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received on or before 17 May 2017
Regrettably, no refunds can be made after 17 May 2017 - 14 days prior to the event. As an alternative to cancellation a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost.
Refunds will not be given for nonattendance or early departure. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Full payment must be made prior to the conference. Invoices must be paid in full 14 days from the invoice date or 14 days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.
By completing the event registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied may be made available to the GPC local organising committee, event organisers (Resolution Institute) and GPC central organising group for the purpose of organising the event.
The organisers reserve the right to make any amendments to the programme or people involved where necessary, or where we deem it to be in the best interest of the event.
Attendees are advised that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes.
The conference organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term ‘Force Majeure’ means any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers.
We recommend that you take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
