How to be an effective advocate in mediation

A workshop for advocates and mediators

Mediation advocacy is an essential skill for advocates in modern dispute resolution. Good advocates understand, and can take advantage of, the difference between advocacy in a litigation context and in mediation.

In this workshop Hayden Wilson, who is both a senior litigator and a highly experienced mediator, will work through the essential skills for advocates who want to achieve the best outcomes for their clients in mediation.

Our sincere thanks to Downie Stewart for being willing to host this event
