Appreciation in mediation

with Karen Osborn

Thursday 23 June 2022 | 5.00pm–7pm ACST (5.30pm ACST start time) | Belperio Clark 94 Sturt St, Adelaide SA

When people are in conflict they often don't hear what the other party says - that is - they often don't 'really hear'.

There is a point at which those in dispute recognise that the time to try and resolve the matter has arrived. This is when they are ready (or more ready) to do the problem solving work needed to assist in resolving the matter.

This problem solving process works best when the parties hear each other's perspective - when they appreciate where the other party is coming from and work towards resolution.
