With over 20 years experience as a practicing lawyer, I have decades of experience in family law, including in child-related disputes, complex property matters, court appearances and trials.   I have attended multiple mediations in all aspects of family law, and experienced consistently good outcomes (where parties settle their dispute and put an end to legal proceedings).

The cost saving of resolving your matter at mediation, either before or during court proceedings, can be very significant.

Mediation can also improve communication between parties who previously had an entrenched hostile relationship, because they are given an opportunity to air their grievances in an emotionally safe environment.

The model of mediation offered enables me to mediate in ALL disputes, not just family law disputes, and I have experience in litigation-type disputes, neighbourhood disputes, employee/employer disputes and contractual disputes.

Please don't hesitate to call or email me if you think that mediation can help you resolve your dispute.
