Getting started: quick checklist
Have you received the email registration confirmation? This email will have the details you need to join the webinar.
Do you have internet connection on your device (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone)?
Have you tested the sound on your device? You may also need to check the Audio Settings on Zoom once you have logged in.
Do you have access to a headphone for better sound quality or will you be based in a quiet space that will not require a headphone? Check that your headphone is connected and the volume is turned on (where applicable).
