The Team

The position of Dispute Resolution Officer forms a part of the Victorian Small Business Commission (VSBC) branch within the Jobs Innovation and Business Engagement group.

The Role

Working within the Dispute Resolution Services Team at the Victorian Small Business Commission, this role will provide high-quality information and assistance regarding the prevention and resolution of disputes and manage a range of disputes, including negotiating the resolution of disputes prior to mediation.

Qualifications


  • The successful applicant will have good communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • The successful applicant will work effectively within a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of work across the Commission.
