Our Expert Witness workshop will give you a clear understanding of your obligations and address the practical aspects of preparing an expert report and giving evidence in a Court or before a Tribunal.
Spread over 3 afternoons, this workshop will give you a clear understanding of your role and obligations as an expert witness.
During the workshop, presentations from experienced practitioners will assist participants in learning about:
- The role and obligations as an expert witness
- Legal requirements for admissibility of expert opinion evidence
- Preparation of a short expert report as a take home assignment; and
- The process of cross examination taught by experienced Barristers
