Based on the popularity of her ‘kon gres 2015 session, Sandra is offering this one-day training workshop commencing in February 2016. Designed to be practical and experiential, this workshop offers a structured, depersonalising strategy for dealing with intimidation and disempowerment risks, both in personal practice and in client work.

About Sandra Walden Pearson
Sandra has dedicated her professional life to social justice through education. Sandra taught English in high school, TAFE and prison before realising that for her, contribution to social justice through education was best facilitated by the social sector. Sandra has subsequently held senior positions with UnitingCare, Burnside and The Smith Family. Today, she is dedicated to designing, developing and delivering products and services that promote equity and respect through Walden Pearson and Associates. Sandra is also a AHRI Certified Member (CAHRI), holds an MBA (specialist HRM stream), and is qualified in coaching, training and teaching.
