How do we move the ambulance from the bottom to the top of the cliff?
Join dispute resolution colleagues for a first networking event for 2018. Trevor Slater, Client Director of Financial Dispute Resolution Service, will lead an interactive discussion session: Most of us work in areas where we deal with complaints / disputes that have escalated by not being resolved earlier - i.e. we work at the bottom of the cliff. However, as we all know the earlier the resolution the better. So why is our work post-escalation and what can we do to increase early resolution and become 'the ambulance at the top of the cliff'?
