Navigating the narrative
Every conflict offers some kind of opportunity to create, build and manipulate the conflict narrative.
Paying attention to the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of communication helps effective mediators navigate these opportunities.
This webinar encourages participants to explore what other influences may be at work as narratives develop and how mediators can use a heightened awareness of meaning-making to support a good outcome for the parties.
Register yourself and gain valuable CPD points.
Can’t attend? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording within 5 working days after the event.
