When damaging behaviours occur in the workplace there are various intervention points which may assist parties to resolve the issues to minimise the impact of these behaviours. This webinar will discuss the timing of mediation, who should be involved, the purpose of the mediation, the approaches that could be taken within the mediation, the importance of pre-mediation meetings, and some of the challenges in dealing with these issues.

She has a legal background, and has been employed full time as a mediator with the Employment Mediation Service since 2005. She has many years’ experience as a mediator not only in employment matters but also family and weathertight homes. She is an experienced coach and assessor both for Resolution Institute, and within MBIE. |
