with Grant Morris
Pre-recorded | Online
"A highly informative and thought provoking webinar about the ‘state of play’ of mediation in NZ, great statistics and overview of the market place."
In May of this year, Grant Morris and Annabel Shaw published Mediation in NZ (Thomson Reuters). One of the aims of this book is to provide an overview of the entire NZ mediation market. This includes empirical studies and critical analysis looking at quantity, quality and present challenges. Grant will discuss these findings in this talk and provide insights into future developments.
