Anna QuinnConflict Management Specialist & Trainer Anna has 3 decades of experience in conflict management and she has in depth knowledge of the range of processes from restorative Justice – facilitation. Anna is a Resolution Institute Fellow, a leading trainer in the field in New Zealand (Lead Trainer with Resolution Institute), a very experienced mediator/facilitator (e.g. education, community, workplace, family and commercial issues) as well as an experienced representative of parties in mediation. She has lectured at Auckland University Law School for several years and acted as co-coach for the Auckland team competing at the ICC Mediation Competition in Paris (2014), has been a trainer for the Institute of Judicial Studies delivering to District and High Court Judges, has trained at or designed hundreds of workshops, and been a regular conference presenter, on topics including communication, negotiation, mediation, neuro-competency and the psychology of conflict. Anna has special interest in the Peace Foundation’s work in schools and also in the management of conflict involving the elderly (Member Elder Mediator Australasian Network ‘EMAN’ Committee). For a decade before moving into conflict management as a speciality area of practice, Anna practiced as a commercial litigator/commercial lawyer for a leading NZ/London law firm. |
