Making the most of intake sessions
Preliminary conferencing or intake is recognised in the NMAS as an important step in conducting mediation. As mediators, we understand the value effective intake adds to the mediation process.
How can we best use the limited time available for intake to ensure participants are well informed, well prepared and agree to who will be involved and their roles? How do we effectively build rapport, assess for suitability and make appropriate referrals if required?
During this webinar, Franca will explore the ways in which intake enhances the mediation experience for all involved and will share her suggestions for how effective intake can be achieved.
This webinar is relevant to mediators and all those involved in conflict or dispute resolution.
