About the presenters
William Taylor is a Construction Consultant and Dispute Resolution Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience. He has qualifications in Civil Engineering, Law and Dispute Resolution, and holds a residential Builder’s Licence. He is accredited as an arbitrator (Grade 2), adjudicator and mediator and his practice also includes Court References and expert determination.
One of Bill’s key interests is expert determination and its application to the residential building industry.
Bryan Ahern is a civil engineer with legal qualifications with extensive experience in civil and building construction, property development and maintenance works. Grade 1 arbitrator, expert determiner, mediator, probity services provider – Procurement and expert witness.
