Nina will reflect on more than 20 years of experience in mediating complex commercial disputes, including the human cost of conflict (health, stress and lost opportunities), the art of being persuasive, how people make decisions and tips for mediators. A fun, engaging and interactive session, not to be missed.

About the presenter

Nina Harding has worked as a mediator for more than 25 years. She helped to set up the Centre for Dispute Resolution in London and the first private firm of commercial mediators in Australia.

She is a law graduate, holds a Master of Laws and is a Harvard Law School trained mediator. Nina has mediated over two thousand disputes in a variety of areas, including: commercial, land use, IP, workplace disputes, franchise and farm debt mediation.

She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, is a member of numerous mediation panels and is the Australian Film Code Conciliator. Nina is a casual lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and has taught at numerous universities including, The University of Sydney, Monash and Hong Kong University.

Nina recently featured in 4 videos discussing Farm Debt Mediation in NSW. Nina owns the online training company FrontlineComplaints.com and is a popular key note speaker at conferences. Nina has taught thousands of people how to negotiate more effectively and resolve conflict.
