About the speaker
Nina Harding has worked as a mediator for more than 25 years. She helped to set up the Centre for Dispute Resolution in London and the first private firm of commercial mediators in Australia.
She is a law graduate, holds a Master of Laws and is a Harvard Law School trained mediator. Nina has mediated over two thousand disputes in a variety of areas, including: commercial, land use, IP, workplace disputes, franchise and farm debt mediation.
She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, is a member of numerous mediation panels and is the Australian Film Code Conciliator. Nina is a casual lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and has taught at numerous universities including, The University of Sydney, Monash and Hong Kong University.
Nina recently featured in 4 videos discussing Farm Debt Mediation in NSW. Nina owns the online training company FrontlineComplaints.com and is a popular key note speaker at conferences. Nina has taught thousands of people how to negotiate more effectively and resolve conflict.
