About the presenters
William (Bill) Taylor
Bill Taylor is a Civil Engineer specialising in dispute resolution in the building and construction industry. Bill has qualifications in Civil Engineering, Law and Dispute Resolution as well as Civil Engineering Registration, accreditation as a Building Consultant, Arbitration Grading through Resolution Institute and accreditation as a Mediator with Resolution Institute.
In dispute resolution Bill has a broad practice as an Arbitrator, Dispute Advisory Board Member, Adjudicator, Court Referee, Expert Determiner and Mediator. He also has an extensive practice as an expert witness in residential building and Home Warranty Insurance. He has over 20 years experience in on-site management of civil engineering and residential construction projects and over 20 years direct involvement in dispute resolution.
Steven Goldstein is an Engineer, Project Manager, and highly respected barrister specialising in building, construction, engineering and ADR. Steven’s enthusiastic contribution to the promotion and practice of ADR has been significant having been IAMA NSW Chapter Committee Chair in from 2011 to 2014, RI Co-Chair NSW Chapter Committee in 2014 and 2015 both after 3 years of hardworking service on the NSW Chapter Committee.
Steven is a Fellow and Grade 1 Arbitrator – RI, a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Professional engineer and a currently the President of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (Region 3).
