Tuesday, 24 July
How does Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) work in Australia? What are its challenges and successes? Is there potential for you to include ODR in your practice? These are some of the questions to be explored by this case study on Airtasker’s new online dispute resolution process developed by the presenter.
Following the presentation, Alan Limbury, will facilitate a discussion on the questions raised.
Resolution Institute thanks Ashurst for hosting this event.
