NSW Arbitrators Master class 2021
Saturday 4 September 2021 | 9am - 4.30pm | Sydney
The Masterclass will be conducted as an interactive discussion in workshop format and participants are expected to contribute to the debate on the issues raised. This Masterclass will be convened by Bill Taylor and moderated by Grade 1 Arbitrators Robert McDougall, Peter Callaghan and Janet Grey. All registrants are required to forward two topics (about 200 words each) for discussion based on issues and challenges they may have faced in their recent practice.
An important aspect of the Resolution Institute policy for Registration of Arbitrators is the requirement of satisfactory attendance by arbitrators at a Masterclass as part of the triennial review of their grading.
Intending participants are requested to submit their topics to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday 9th August 2021 so that they can be collated and classified into relevant sections of the Act.
