Masterclass | Arbitration NSW 2019

9.30 am – 4.30 pm: Masterclass
The Masterclass will be conducted as an interactive discussion in workshop format and participants will be expected to contribute to the debate on the issue raised. This Masterclass will be convened by Chris Morrow and moderated by Grade 1 Arbitrators Tim Sullivan and Steven Goldstein. All registrants are asked to forward their topics for discussion based on issues and challenges they may have faced in their recent practice.
It is Resolution Institute policy that all Grade 1 and 2 Arbitrators should regularly attend a Masterclass and it is mandatory requirement for re-grading or grading view.
Intending participants are requested to submit their topics to Chris Morrow (email@example.com) no later than Monday 29 April 2019 so that they can be collated and classified into relevant sections of the Act.
An important aspect of the Resolution Institute policy for Registration of Arbitrators >> policy is the requirement of satisfactory attendance by arbitrators at a Masterclass as part of the triennial review of their grading.
