Masterclass | Adjudication SA 2019

Resolution Institute Adelaide Professional Development Group is conducting a Master Class for Adjudicator on 3 August 2019.
It is Resolution institute's policy that all Adjudicators attend a Master Class and achieve a satisfactory assessment.
To ensure accreditations is maintained under the triennial review adjudicators are required to attend one masterclass during that period (clause 4.3 of the RI Policy). To remain on the Register of Adjudicators an accredited Adjudicator must have attended, and been assessed as competent, at least one Adjudicator's Master Class in each three year period.
The Masterclass will be facilitated and assessed by Tim Sullivan. It will be conducted as an interactive discussion in workshop format and participants will be expected to contribute to the debate on the issue raised.
Topics or questions for the adjudication Masterclass are required to be provided by each attendee to be discussed at the Masterclass. All topics should be submitted by Thursday 26 July 2019 to email@example.com so they can be collated and classified into relevant sections of the Act.
Topics may be from recent decisions regarding or affecting adjudication, or topics such as jurisdiction, Natural justice and good faith (and the role of the adjudicator) and weighing submissions and giving reasons.
