As a mediator, you may have brought the parties to common ground but get stuck on the terms of the agreement.

Matthew will consider the drafting and form of any agreement, reality testing and the potential for settlement agreements to be challenged later including an analysis of relevant cases.

Join the SA Chapter for this in-depth discussion and simultaneously earn valuable CPD points.

Resolution Institute welcomes guests and encourages members to invite colleagues to join our professional learning and networking events.

Thanks to Belperio Clark for their support of this event.
