Mindset is the critical thing that drives our behaviour as well as that of others. When we are in the middle of a dispute or if we are struggling to gain agreement within a process, it is very useful to be able to have a heightened sense of awareness about our own Mindset as well that of our clients.

Come along to hear Michelle tell us about the 5 Stage Mindset model that is being released in the Being More Human book later this year.

Resolution Institute thanks University of Newcastle for generously hosting this event.
