PDG event | Government approaches to Alternative Dispute Resolution

with Tania Sourdin, Andrew Mills, Jeniffer Drennan, Petri Kristian, Carol Bowen, Damien Browne, Janelle Fryer, Juie Dixon, Steve Matchett, Suzanne Dean and Katrina Spyrides

Friday 13 September 2019 | Newcastle and Hunter region

The University of Newcastle and Resolution Institute are co-hosting the region’s first whole of Government Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) forum.

This event will feature representation by many federal, state and local government departments which have a presence in the Newcastle and Lower Hunter area. Several of these government agencies will give presentations outlining how they utilise ADR to resolve disputes fairly and with natural justice.

This will be an educational opportunity for local ADR practitioners, regardless of whether they are engaged in the government or private sector. The event aims to share best practices and foster working relationships between government and the wider ADR community.
