Restorative Circles - a process for healthy workplace meetings
Resolution Institute offer a Virtual Practice Group (online through zoom) on Restorative Circles - a process for healthy workplace meetings. Restorative Circles can provide a simple, intuitive and profound process to have some of the crucial conversations that are often avoided or poorly managed in the workplace. This is an informal opportunity to take part in a 1 hour discussion session ‘shining a light’ on this important area of practice. A ‘virtual lunch date’ to share thoughts, questions and insights.
Jon Everest (experienced Mediator and Restorative Justice practitioner) will facilitate a discussion about using 'Restorative Circles' in a workplace context. In order that you can be an active participant in the Virtual Practice Group on registration you will receive a link to information provided by Jon about 'Restorative Circles' which will serve as a 'launch pad' for the discussion. Please come with your thoughts and questions to share.
Timing: Please note this session runs from 12.00 - 1.00pm NZ time.
Technology required: Zoom application, PC/laptop/tablet/smartphone, internet connection, sound/speakers or a headset and an in-built microphone.
Using Zoom for the Virtual Practice Group: On completion of registration you will be sent a zoom online address for the Virtual Practice Group.
