Join Amber as she provides an update on the strategy, progress, challenges and learnings from 2020 and how this is shaping the operational plan for the coming year. Amber’s focus will be on what this means for WA as she facilitates a discussion about the opportunities for dispute resolution in WA.

Amber Williams

Amber is a strategic leader with a passion for building engaged and talented workplaces. For over 20 years she has been partnering with leaders to deliver exceptional business results through people and culture initiatives. Amber is passionate about creating diversity in organisations and have spent many years advocating for workplace cultures that embrace diversity, benefiting the Communities in which the organisation serves, as well as the organisation itself. Amber has worked across multiple industries in both the private and public sector including justice, integrity oversight, health and fast-moving consumer goods.

Amber holds a Master of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University. She is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
