CPD Event | Auckland | Skills to assist with difficult conversations
with Anna Quinn
Wednesday 26 February 2020 | Auckland
An opportunity for members to actively engage in a workshop environment revisiting, refreshing and building on the skills, theory and practice of having difficult conversations. This will be a collaborative and highly engaging 1.5 hour workshop: you will establish a personal ‘bespoke’ process for having conversations that take courage.
The workshop, which will run from 3.30 - 5.00pm, will be followed by an opportunity to catch up with colleagues amidst the usual Resolution Institute conviviality through until 6.30pm.
This will be held in the Endeavour Room, upstairs in the Conference Centre at the Quality Hotel Parnell, Gladstone Road, Parnell. There is free parking on site and in the surrounding streets.
