Mediation masterclass | Co-hosted by OFW and Resolution Institute
Join us on this unique CPD/CLE training event, presented by Resolution Institute and OurFamilyWizard, featuring two of Australasia’s most respected mediators, Tom Stodulka and Timothy McMichael, each respective winner of their own countries’ Law Awards Mediator of the Year. Tom and Timothy will guide participants through talks, some workshopping, demonstrations, and will provide fun and laughter; all intended to expand confidence and competence in mediation techniques and styles.
Content will include, but not be limited to screening for suitability, private meetings, use of technology, and therapeutic perspectives within mediation. Participants will also have an opportunity to learn more about OurFamilyWizard as a key tool now used by FDRPs and other Family Law Mediators and Arbitrators.
Participants will leave the workshop with an increased skill-set and will have gained knowledge from master practitioners; all the while renewing face-to-face connections after almost 30 months of COVID-19 isolation.
