Experience and qualifications
MGH Solutions was founded to provide an affordable and outcome driven conflict management service and to assist parties involved in complex disputes and claims.
Mark Hicks is the Founding Director of MGH Solutions.
Mark is a legal practitioner and nationally accredited mediator. Mark is also a certified trainer.
Mark was admitted as a legal practitioner in February of 2001 having completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws. Mark completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Western Sydney University in 2000.
Mark has worked in both defendant and plaintiff law practices. Further, Mark has worked in an in-house capacity as Senior Legal Counsel and Manager of the Insurance Law Practice for a large NSW Government Agency. Most recently Mark worked as the National Legal Manager for some large and diverse Insurance companies.
Mark completed his Mediation Training and Assessment at the NSW College of Law and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and member of the Resolution Institute.
Given his diverse background Mark brings a unique perspective to dispute resolution management.
