About my services
Workplace mediation assists parties experiencing conflict to reach a fair and workable agreement. An impartial, external mediator with appropriate qualifications and practical skills supports parties to reach resolution when they have had an opportunity to reflect on the issues and focus on the future.
Workplace mediation can be an appropriate intervention at various stages of conflict or tension. It is a valuable tool for:
- Restoring a working relationship following a formal investigation
- Discussing a working relationship that is experiencing tension and could escalate into a formal complaint
- Agreeing on return to work arrangements
