Senior Human Resources Manager Over 20 years experience as a HR Manager and Learning and Development Specialist. Both operational HR and Corporate positions in large and small commercial and not for profit organisations. Discrimination complaints, Sexual Harassment , Workplace personality conflicts, Stress Workcover complaints _ Designed Talent Attraction strategy and project managed the HR needs for the launch of the 120 metre Southern Star Observation Wheel. This included both strategic and operational input, as well as writing recruitment advertisements, position descriptions and key HR documents which underpinned their employment brand.
