Rooms for hire in Wellington

Resolution Institute’s Wellington office is centrally located on The Terrace and has three meeting rooms available for hire with parking and public transport options nearby. Whether you’re looking for a room for an hour, a day or a week, for two people or twenty, we can help.

Rooms are ideally suited for meetings, coaching sessions, mediations or small group training.


The Terrace Room

Approximately 30 square metres

A large meeting or training room, comfortably accommodating up to 30 people. Seating options include theatre (up to 30), circle (up to 24) and boardroom (up to 15). A TV screen and large free-standing whiteboard are available for use.

Lambton Room

Approximately 14 square metres

Suitable for smaller group meetings, accommodating up to 8 people in a boardroom configuration.

All our rooms have:

  • Natural light, heating, ventilation
  • Access to tea, coffee, water
  • Phone, WiFi access
  • Whiteboard
  • Reduced rates for half-day or whole day hire

Extras available by arrangement:

  • Catering
  • Flip charts
  • Photocopying

An additional room may be available on request.

All rates include gst

  • Our standard hours are 9am – 5pm. Hours can be extended by arrangement (an additional cost may apply) and evening or weekend hire is also available.
  • Depending on numbers and service requirements, a minimum hire period and additional costs may apply.
  • Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a booking start time may incur a fee of 50%.
