Continuing Professional Development

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) helps Resolution Institute members maintain and strengthen their professional knowledge, skills, and practice. Through ongoing learning and reflection, CPD supports practitioners to stay current with emerging trends, standards, and approaches across the dispute resolution profession.

CPD activities are separated into two categories: Practice and Learning. These categories include training courses, webinars, workshops, conferences, reading, supervision, teaching, and other professional learning experiences that contribute to professional growth and capability.

Throughout the year, Resolution Institute offers a wide range of opportunities for practitioners to expand their expertise, connect with peers, and earn CPD points towards their accreditation and professional development requirements.
