How long does my membership last?

Your membership runs from 1 July until 30 June the next year. If you join during the financial year, you pay a pro rata fee, so that your membership still expires on 30 June.

How do I apply for membership? What type should I apply for?

We have memberships to suit different people. Fellow is for dispute resolvers with lots of experience and expertise; professional is for people who are accredited, or almost accredited; associate is for people who want to know more about resolving conflicts and disputes at work and in their personal life; student is for, you guessed it... people who are full-time students. Find Out More and Apply to Be a Member

How do I print off a certificate for my membership (or for my accreditation)?

Make sure you are logged in. Once you are logged in you can print your certificate.

Make sure you are logged in. Once you are logged in, you can click on this button.

How do I update my contact details?

Make sure you are logged in. Once you are logged in, click on
Update My Contact Details and follow the prompts to make and save your changes.

How do I create a new directory profile?

Make sure you are logged in. Once you are logged in, click on Update My Directory Profile
Scroll down to ‘Create your profile’ and choose the option based on the country you’re in. Click ‘Sign up’, fill out the profile information and submit .
